Who's in? Post everyday, stick to eating well and exercising. When we have other people to rely on, we are less likely to give in. We all want to lose weight, but it's getting the self-control to actually do it. I want to lose about 15 lbs total, so I can wear a bathing suit before summer ends. Who's with me?

low-carb foods for late night
after i get back from the gym i want to have some food but i have heard from plenty of people to try to eat low-carbs or carb-free foods. besides veggies does anyone have suggestions? i don't feel like having to make something complicated, but i typically reach for cereal or sorbet before bed. please let me and others…

fell off the wagon
