Great well I started with Fage Yogurt and honey and half a banana, going to go for a run. mornings and afternoons are always easy for me---it's the night that i have trouble resisting anything! Yesterday I ate about 1000 calories in chocolate oh :( It's July so I'm hopeful that our little community will be very productive!

Aria Women's Protein Powder. I get the Vanilla. It's amazing, I'm drinking it in a fruit smoothie right now :)...got it from Trader Joe's.

after i get back from the gym i want to have some food but i have heard from plenty of people to try to eat low-carbs or carb-free foods. besides veggies does anyone have suggestions? i don't feel like having to make something complicated, but i typically reach for cereal or sorbet before bed. please let me and others…

Ya I know it's weird though when I'm eating healthier, I'm more full than I am when I don't care so much about what I eat. I just had a huge plate of veggies with lowfat cheese and hummus and I'm so full!! So sometimes I just don't reach it...
