Went to the Doctors last month, I am "Healthy" but overweight, and sadly pre-diabetic (which scared me) so I am on here again, trying to lose weight, I have lost over 20 the first time, but really want to reach my goal of 40 this time around. 2 Weeks in, hoping to find people to help push me.
2 Weeks in 7 pounds down, now is the time when I usually start to lag, it would be great to find people who log daily to help to keep me accountable, Would also be great to find peeps around my age and goal so we can motivate each other. Anyone have a fit bit? or Nike Fuel Band?
I am thinking of getting one... I was told they help take your fitness and weight loss levels to a more accurate level.. not to mention to me its more of something I could see since I bought I, I better use it. Any reviews or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
