I can use all the support I can get. Sometimes I get really discouraged because I go to the gym a lot, and it is coming off so slow. I know that is the best way , and I know I am toning up which is good. I just want it off lol.

Anyone else have a problem with behaving and staying calorie deficient when it comes. I don't over eat to gain but I don't eat my calorie deficient goal to loose during that time either..
