I can use all the support I can get. Sometimes I get really discouraged because I go to the gym a lot, and it is coming off so slow. I know that is the best way , and I know I am toning up which is good. I just want it off lol.

    i am new to MFP and i can't figure out how to add food to my diary, can someone out their help me!!!
  • Go to your My Home tab, look to the left side of the screen and it will say track food. You will click on the meal that you want to add your food to, such as breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner etc. and it will give you an area where you can type in what you ate. Message me if you need more help.
