LOL. I do a lot of damage in those two or three days. The only way to stop those cravings is with will power, sometimes I can and Other times I give in. :)

Okay. I just talked to the personal trainer at my gym, and she told me not teat my exercise calories back right away. Clothes shopping!!! I hardly ever buy myself clothes it is always about my boys. When I lose all my weight I am going to do my own school shopping for clothes as I tell my hubby!

When they stay sitting at the machine even though they are done talking to someone for like 15 plus minutes or any length of time. If you are done get off and clean it and stand and talk so other people can use it.

Definitely the music! I listen to pandora when I do cardio, and they have stations for that. What I started doing is rotating per song. Like, the first song I will keep my mets on the cycle above 70, then the second song no lower then 60 and I just keep going like that it has really helped with my calorie burn. The one day…

Yeah me too. When I get bored I tend to eat which is a real problem to me and why I gained all my weight. I eat when I get frustrated and mad to but not as much as when I am bored, probable because I don't get mad much. Also when TOM is about to come I feel like I can just eat and eat. I started to drink raw carrot juice which seems to help with some energy because I am able to absorb the vitamins better, but definitely would not be able to do raw all the time but it is healthier.
