forget about that, look at the nutrition facts, choose the one that is less in salt, fat, choloestoral, all the bad stuff. Turkey is always the healthy lunch meat choice. choose ones that are more natural instead of the thin processed meats
  • bump I would think deli but dont know

deli, like someone mentioned. Since its fresher, it has less preservatives (aka sodium)
  • Hillshire farms makes a low sodium lunch meat....made with Sea Salt, I believe. That's what I use...and it's good.

If you can find a store that carries Dietz & Watson deli meat try that.
Less processed, less soduim. You're going to pay a lot more, but it's better for you.
Or - cook a turkey breast at home on Sunday for the weeks lunches.....

my local kroger carries low sodium deli meat, and it's actually quite tasty. i was told not to expect much, but i liked the flavor just fine. i'm not a big salt fan, though.

The only turkey lunch meat I like is Boar's Head Oven Gold Roasted Turkey - it looks, feels, smells, and tastes like real turkey. The others are rubbery and scare me.
