Working out exercise calories burned HELP
I am soooooo confused. I run for 30 mins on the treadmill, I'm 46 and weigh 226 lbs. My confusion I how do I work out my call burned. Runkeeper tells me it's 188 cals and mfp tells me I burn 426. I eat back my calories and that's a big difference. Any advice ? Xxxx

Calories for exercise
Mfp says I burn 500 calories for my run. Can I really eat all these back ? Seems to good to be true. Obviously I'm eating healthy whole foods mainly.
