Hi! I'm 5'3" 106lbs and this is my last year playing high school badminton! It'd be nice to have friends who play the same sport! :)
So, the season of the sport i play is almost starting...and im torn between trying to lose more weight before season starts, or gain muscles... but in order to put on muscles, id have to eat more protein...and proteins are calories...and losing weight is already as difficult as it is,,, any suggestions? :(
