i love bagels (though I leave the cream cheese part out) and cake...but I've been controlling myself and eating cereal for breakfast these days...but I havent seen a weight change yet...sadly. -.- my body wants me to eat more bagels again. lol

i dun think ur eating enough :/ should eat at least 1200cals a day to keep ur metabolism up!!

i tried diet pills...and it worked, but it seriously messed up my stomach. i have stomach pains every so often, especially when im stressed and i never had any before. i had to stop after i started puking...its definitely not worth it!!!

my relatives are always telling me that im being unhealthy for eating vegetables and cereal while they eat fried chicken and roast pork every other day. Its rly hard when your family isnt supportive and criticize you for trying to be fit...haha

im also a crazy chocolate fan!!! I drink only diet hot coco (25 cal) and small individually wrapped chocolate (godiva dark chocolate gems: about 25 calories each!) :)

...you are not alone. I recently lost 20lbs and my family continually tells me that I am unhealthy and they yell at me for not eating enough. And then they tell me the way im exercising is unhealthy (wtf, rly) Its unsupportive and kinda impedes upon my weight loss plans. :(
