Carpal Tunnel Surgery
I'm having Carpal tunnel surgery in 2 days and just wondering if anyone has had it and how long it took to gain your strength back at the gym after!! its taken me me this long to build my strength to lift as heavy as I do and its gonna kill me not to lift!! Thanks!!
