Does my period stop due to fasting?
Two weeks ago I fasted for two days and ate normally. During this week I did the same thing. My period started a few days ago but it only lasted for 3 days with very little flow. Is it due to my fasting? As it normally lasted about five to six days in the past with medium to heavy flow. Thanks!

Sorry for the short forms, had to limit my characters. Keto diet, LCHF, VLCD, limiting carb and protein, ketostix etc.? I'm just curious about how things work and I'm not denying the effectiveness of calories cutting (But I haven't had real success with it). Can someone kindly explain? thanks!
