PLS HELP! Is this a plateau or...???

My weight never goes under a certain weight from what I see.
I started eating healthily in February and I started at 67.2kg/148lbs and ended up at 63.4kg/139.8lbs a week after. Then period came and messed things up. I craved food and I didn't restrict my calories that much during that period. After my period, I was at 66.8kg/147lbs and so I started cutting calories properly again. And right after a week, I was at 63.2kg/139.3lbs again for a few days then the figure just froze. The same thing happened to my attempt in January too.

I stayed within 1200 cal per day and here's my typical diet:

Breakfast: Eggs and fruits(berries)
Snack: Plum/Peach
Lunch: Light Soup Noodle/ Lean meat
Dinner: Eggs and/or fruits

I read that effective weight loss happens at 1 to 2 lbs per week. In both cases of mine however, the common point was I dropped 1kg/2.2lbs after the first day and then slower right after e.g. 0.2kgs/0.4lbs per day. So my question is, have I reached a plateau? Or at this weight my body has lost the water it wants to lose and starts following the 1 to 2 lbs per week rule so I couldn't see day to day difference?

Thanks!!!

PS my BFP went from 26-27% to 24.5% in both and all previous attempts.

Hasn't been long enough since you started, or in a stall to be a plateau. With what you've described - new eating habits, your period starting, and possibly exercise? - it can take some time for your body to adjust and show consistent progress.

Stick with it accurately for at least a month before making changes. However, unless you are a very tiny person, you might want to consider more than 1200 cals a day, or at the very least, make sure you are MEETING that 1200 a day goal, not coming in well under. And if you exercise, make sure you eat those calories as well, bringing your daily net cals up to, or at least very near goal.

Then stick with it for at least 4 weeks, even through that time of the month, and see how it goes.
