IN SHORT I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING FOR 2 YRS NOW, I DO BODY COMBAT TWICE A WK, BODY ATTACK TWICE A WEEK, BODY PUMP ONCE A WEEK. MY FITNESS HAS IMPROVED 100%.
