IN SHORT I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING FOR 2 YRS NOW, I DO BODY COMBAT TWICE A WK, BODY ATTACK TWICE A WEEK, BODY PUMP ONCE A WEEK. MY FITNESS HAS IMPROVED 100%. HOWEVER I HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT AT ALL & STILL HAVE THE DREADED STOMACH & "LOVE" HANDLES ISSUES.
MY DIET IS A FACTOR HENCE JOINING MFP. IM STRUGLING WITH KEEPING MY CALORIES DOWN. I HAVE A 9-5 OFFICE JOB, BUT I'M CONSTANTLY HUNGRY AND CAN BE SOO HUNGRY COME GYM TIME. ALSO STRUGGLING WITH MY WATER INTAKE. IM LUCKY TO FORCE 2 330ML BOTTLES A DAY!
ANY ONE ANY LOW CALORIE BUT FULFILLING, EASY MADE LUNCH IDEAS.?
AND WHAT TRAINING SHOULD I CONSIDER GOING FORWARD, LESS CARDIO MORE WEIGHTS?
