Rib Flare?
Up until now, I've always thought I had a huge rib cage. Now, I know that it's actually "only" rib flare. From what I've read on the internet, it's fixable though I have no idea how to do so. Does anyone else have this? Did you fix it? How?

Too much fruit?
Is there something such as eating too much fruit?? If I use the APP, I can easily reach 200g carbs with an overload of sugar, but it's almost all coming from the fruits I eat. I don't want to lose weight, just get leaner (to about 14-15% bodyfat). (118lbs/5'7/around 18-20% bodyfat)

Hi! So I don't have the opportunity to hit the gym, and I don't have any weight. So basically, I train in parcs and at home with bodyweight exercise. I wanted to know, in between fat burners or protein powder - or other? - what should I chose? (If needed, I am 5'7, 120-ish lbs & around 18-20% bodyfat)
