During training...

So, today, I am going to the gym for about 3 to 4 hours.

For the first hour/hour and a half, I am going to be "training" a friend of mine and when she leaves, I'll be working out myself.

I wanted to know if you had any food suggestion because I know that just eating one pre workout meal is going to be pointless as this session is going to be way too long for this.

    What are you going to be doing for 4 hours at the gym?
    Bring a snack, or a protein shake.
