No More Soda!
I have successfully survived a week without soda. I love my Dr. Pepper, but I know to lose weight I cannot drink empty calories, I would much rather have food. I might drink a Dr. Pepper in a blue moon, but I feel great! Anyone else cut soda out of their diet? What difference did it make?

Eat whatever as long its under calorie goal?
Can you really eat chips, cake as long as you're exercising and watching the calories?
