Whichever works best for you. However do know that weighing yourself everyday could affect your motivation. Water weight and other factors could skew your results. I say every 1-2 weeks. If you have a scale that calculates it into a graph, go for it.

Drink plenty of water. It is fuel for fat burning. Also, 500 calories a day isn't going to help you. You will get burned out, plus it isn't healthy. I'm the same way! Have you tried using less milk for your coffee? I actually put ice in my coffee with a little milk. I also recommend green tea. Having a little milk in your coffee is better than having a big liter of soda persay. Work it into your calories and diet and you'll be fine. This is just my .02 cents worth. :-)

I have the same issue with motivation. But when you get up to go exercise and are in pain from doing so, realize no pain no gain. You will look so much better, you'll feel great and be able to live healthy. Time and pressure moves mountains.
