10 Months On...

Afternoon All,

I thought I was about I posted this up.

So at the start of April 2012 I made the choice to loose weight and get in shape!

I started this weighing 18 Stone and through a calorie controlled diet and working out 3/4 times a week and LOTS of grit and determination I have have managed to loose over 5 stone and as of today (22/02/2014) I weigh 12 Stone 13lbs.

Also since my new found "Fitness" I have embarked on a challenge of a life time!

I going to run a marathon. in fact I'm going to run 52 miles for charity, finishing with the New York Marathon.

I have to say this is one of the hardest thing I have ever done and I did have some very dark times were I questioned why i was doing it and if it was worth it, but I have never been happier.

If anyone is questing if they should bother trying to loose any weight they so should.
