Which is more difficult? Insanity or Insanity Max 30?
I am currently doing T25. I start Beta phase on Sunday then after I complete T25 I want to progress to the next level. So for those of you that have done both, which is harder Insanity or Insanity Max 30? Or are they both the same? After I get done with Insanity/Max 30 I plan to do which ever program is left. TIA.
