I just started week 2 of Insanity Max 30 today. So far I like it. It's a good workout, I am dripping in sweat when it's over and the calorie burn is decent. I like that it is only 30 minutes so I don't have to get up at 6am to do it.

Total Body Circuit is easily one of the hardest workouts in the program. I always struggled with it and was dying at the end. The only other one that revivals it is Core Cardio in Beta. Just move onto Beta. With the exception of Core Cardio, I found the Beta workouts to be easier than Alpha. But then again that could just…

I have a NSV everyday when I manage to roll out of bed 30-45 minutes earlier than I have to in order to work out before work. I hate waking up early and doing it when I get home for work is out of the question.

I started T25 2 weeks ago. It's a less intense version of Insanity but still very challenging. I do the workouts at home and they are only 25 minutes long. The program is 10 weeks long. If you order it off their website you'll pay $119.99, but if you go to Ebay you can get it for $40 with free shipping.

I'm a social worker, but I don't work for DCS/CPS. I work with families involved with DCS to help them reach their goals they have to achieve to get their kids back. We also provide mentoring services and supervised visits for the families involved with DCS. My job is often very stressful but can also be very rewarding at…

If I had to be at work at 6:15am there is no way in hell I'd get up early to go workout. I'd wait until the evening a few hours before bed. But I am not a morning person either.
