Is there a way to properly calculate how many calories I've burned doing Insanity?

    The most accurate way is to buy a heart rate monitor. That's as close as you're going to get.

    I bought a polar ft4 heart rate monitor off amazon for pretty cheap last year. With that kind of work out it won't be 100% accurate but it gives you a pretty good idea :)
