What to do after completing t25?

I am currently doing t25, it is perfect because it is only 25 minutes and I am always limited on time.. I was wondering if there were any other at-home workouts that are also a short amount of time that I could do after I complete t25? Would i still get any benefits if I were to go through t25 again when I am finished with the program? Thanks in advance!

Are you doing gamma? I liked the weights so much in gamma I did body beast after that and did cardio separately. P90x3 is a 30 min workout which I might do this year. Am doing FTXMax now, which averages 35 min, has weight days and cardio days, and isn't as intense and hard on the joints as alpha and beta T25.

I moved on to insanity after t25 and was able to improve my overall cardio endurance. Insanity is a bit longer, some videos actually lasting about an hour. The intensity is also on a whole new level, but its incredibly fun and rewarding.

But if you would rather stick to about 25 minutes, you could try out Insanity Max 30, which is a different version of Insanity that is shortened to about 30 minutes. This isn't to say it is easier, but just shorter.

OR you could try doing T25 again from the beginning, but this time around trying to not modify at all and keep the same tempo as Shaun T and the rest of the group. That alone is a challenge within itself!

Yes gamma! And I'm the same, love the weights too! Have thought about P90x3 also, thanks so much!

I wanted to do Insanity if I can find some time for it in the evenings! Do you know if the Insanity Max 30 is similar workouts to Insanity just shortened or is it a whole other type of workout?
I love t25 and Shaun T so much I would love to do it again, just wanna stay benefiting from it!
    Thank you!!

Hammer and chisel is fairly solid and not too long. Or p90x3 is another good 30 minute program.

After T25, I did Insanity. After Insanity, I did Insanity Max 30. Max 30 is similar to Insanity, but it's not the same. Both are hard and will push you to your physical limit.

I am also doing T25, when I am done I plan to move onto Insanity and then Insanity Max 30.

I repeated T25 a few times, then moved on to Insanity and Insanity Max 30! I have tried P90x3, but I'm just not a fan of Tony Horton (personal opinion) and much prefer Shaun T! :) Good luck!

Were you still able to achieve any results when going through T25 again? I just love it so much! Shaun T is great!
    Thank you!! :)

absolutely! The first time I went straight through alpha, beta, gamma, but after that I tried just doing beta, gamma again, but ultimately decided I preferred going back and starting all over again as it was great to see my progress throughout the entire program! I lost 20 lbs my first time through and an additional 10 lbs after that (although my diet got shaky towards the end so it was my own fault for not being as successful the 2nd time!)
