Chamomile tea and lean meats.
I have peptic ulcers so i was put in a gluten free diet in order to avoid inflammatory .
So this means no carbs and no fried foods.
I also avoid lemons, heavy spices such as curry, chilie and pepper.
Also avoid milk!0 -

Foods high in omega 3's. Chia seed, ground flax seed, canola oil. Also try adding turmeric to your foods. Turmeric works best when paired with pepper.0

Well that would be fish oil. Flax seed, Turmeric.
You can have food sensitivities, even to the foods I just listed.
ALCAT testing will reveal food sensitivities to foods/supplements that cause inflammation when you consume them.0
