probably already been asked in past as i know old style equipment...but have been given it free and will try anything ;-) anyone use/used, any good, average calories burne, is it classed as cardio or strength if i add to my MFP diary? thanks for any advice

FINALLY after my disappointing 0 last week, ive lost 1lb :happy: Started 176.6 today 175.6 goal 171 (ish) Hows everyone doing?

Well no weight loss yesterday :cry: but still committed! wrong time of the month, so I will put it down to that and hope next week is better. weight on 20/3 = 176.6 weight on 27/3 = 176.6 goal for 26/4 = 171.6 Onwards and upwards!

Bit disappointed at 0.2lb weight loss :(
Well coming up to the end of week 2 tomorrow (so not OFFICIALLY weighed myself yet) - but only appear to have lost 0.2lb :noway: Very disappointing as have been so good and even started to do some exercise. newbie - looking for advice on 1200 cal menus
Hi just started this 5 days ago. got to lose around 3 and a half stone (a lot as im only 5ft :ohwell: ) at the moment im doing slimfast breakfast and lunch and sticking to remaining cals for dinner and fruit snacks. Id love some advice/menu ideas for longer term though. My hubbie is muslim so has to be halal/non pig…
