newbie - looking for advice on 1200 cal menus

Hi just started this 5 days ago. got to lose around 3 and a half stone (a lot as im only 5ft :ohwell: ) at the moment im doing slimfast breakfast and lunch and sticking to remaining cals for dinner and fruit snacks. Id love some advice/menu ideas for longer term though. My hubbie is muslim so has to be halal/non pig products. Microwave at work but no other means of cooking, so maybe packed lunch ideas... oh and i dont eat pasta!

Also new to this app, so not sure about adding buddies etc. but if anyone would like to spur me on :smile:
