NSV Bike Ride
I hopped on my bike yesterday and rode 33 miles in just under 3 hours. It felt amazing and the best part is I woke up this morning and went and swam laps and felt great doing it! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!

Just wanted to share my success so far. Still have some weight to lose but I am down 78 pounds so far. I have severe arthritis in my left knee and my right ankle so my current exercise is swimming a mile every day before work. It is a huge commitment to get up at 4:15am every day but it is paying off.
