I am 52.9kg, 18yr old female who has 19% body fat. Whenever I go to the gym I get crazy amounts of wind which will stick around for the rest of the day (yeah I know it's unpleasant). I was wandering if this is common / if anyone has tips on what to eat that helps!? Sorry to be so grim..
