I've had a rough time staying positive today. I'm just repeating "Weight loss is not linear! Weight loss is not linear!" I had a great week with what I was eating, I was SURE I'd be down at my weigh in today. But I was up a pound and it ticked me off. Just take a deep breath and keep on keepin' on.

Hi all! I've been doing some videos over on www.fitnessblender.com and have really been enjoying them! On each video is a Calorie Burn amount. For instance, the Body Weight Cardio Blaster is 31 minutes and the Calorie Burned range is 168-289. I'm 6'2" and 212 lbs. so I'm probably on the higher end. But since I don't want…
