anyone near Odenton MD?
I am looking for a jogging buddy, preferably someone who can run between 6-5.5 mph as I am getting really tired of jogging by myself. I am looking into some running clubs, but they are a ways away and want something a little bit less regimented to start out with. Anyone around and up for a jog?

keeping your knee from hurting
so after I am done jogging, my knee slowly gets more pained throughout the day... Is there anything other than tylonol that I should do to keep the main minimized?

starting weights and HUNGER
