Hi! I was wondering what is the best ratio to aim for better weight loss? I have the default setting, but I'm wondering if I should reduce carbs and increase protein? thank you!!

Hello everyone. I started MFP again and I was wondering if anybody had suggestion for my diary. There is only one entry for today. It seems I can't eat dinner with the calories I have left , any suggestions? Should I eat my exercise calories back? thank you!!

I have been back and forth on MPF. I had 45lbs to lose and lost 30, but gained it back in a year. This is my second day and it was going very clean until I decided to eat a burger and fries...i''m horrible
