Hi! I was wondering what is the best ratio to aim for better weight loss? I have the default setting, but I'm wondering if I should reduce carbs and increase protein? thank you!!

It depends on what you find satiating. As long as you're getting enough protein and fat for health, the exact ratios don't matter.
Common recommendations for minimum protein and fat intake are:
0.8-1.0 g protein per pound of lean body mass (or 0.6-0.8g protein per pound you weigh if you don't know your lean body mass)
0.4 g fat per pound you weigh1 -
Weight loss comes from a sustained calorie deficit and a sustained calorie deficit only. If you struggle with sticking to your calorie allowance, you can look into adjusting macros. But if you feel fine eating to MFP's default - don't fix it if it isn't broken.0
