Do I have to eat all my calories?
MFP has set my limit at 2,300 calories. I've been averaging about 1,300-1,600 lately (past 4-5 days). Do I need to eat more or is this fine? If I exercise, I eat back some of the calories. How accurate is the serving size for packaged food?
On average, how off are serving sizes in terms of actual weight? For instance, if it says 5 crackers are 160g, how many grams is 5 crackers likely to actually be?
