Not losing any weight but body fat percentage down 5%
Hi, I have been going to the gym three times a week and eating healthy within my calorie range most days and I have not lost even an ounce of weight but my body fat has gone down by 5% and my clothes are starting to feel looser. Has anyone else noticed the same?
