Mini goal for January 2021
My ultimate goal is to lose 65 lbs. this year by August. My first mini goal is to lose 10 lbs. in January. Will log all food faithfully and thoroughly enjoy indoor rowing on my Concept2 machine, and my old Nordictrack Ski machine. Also love practicing Qi Gong, a mild form of Tai Chi.

Starting Again
I've done My Fitness Pal before but decided to try some other plans. I'm back. Some of those other plans were very clunky and hard to use. None of them had the quality data bases for searching foods like that used my MFP.

New to Eating Clean
I've recently begun trying to eat clean and it is wonderful so far. I still slip back into the other stuff, but I feel so much better when I eat healthy.

Exercise Database seems to have calorie counts that are too high
I've noticed that some of the calorie counts on typical exercises seems to be too high on My Fitness Pal. Am I just imagining that, or is it true? How can we make the calorie counts more realistic? Thanks.

Getting Started Again
Greetings. I am getting started again after slacking off for several months. Getting used to the system again. It seems like the total calories burned numbers are a little high for each exercise I add to the day. I do a lot of exercise, so sometimes I end the day with more than 1,000 calories left over to eat. I can't eat…
