Getting Started Again

Greetings. I am getting started again after slacking off for several months. Getting used to the system again.
It seems like the total calories burned numbers are a little high for each exercise I add to the day. I do a lot of exercise, so sometimes I end the day with more than 1,000 calories left over to eat. I can't eat that many calories, especially at 10 p.m. when I'm finishing the report. Anyone else think the calories burned is too high for most of the exercises?
