Would like some suggestions in cutting sugars in my diet. I just found out yesterday that my sugars are too high. Really want to lower them in my diet. grams to ounces / not doable
Why is alot of food in grams like pasta/spagetti? I would like to eat 1 l/2 cups of cooked pasta, but can't figure out what to enter on food log... grams to ounces or cups ....omg the logging is frustrating sometimes...Any help??

Calories Remaining To Eat or Not Eat
Wondering if I should be eating all my allowed calories? When I exercise I gain calories allowed and not sure if this is good not to eat all the allowable. I know on Canada Food Guide and Weight Watchers you are supposed to eat your full points etc. What is right way to go here? Thanks for people's opinions :smile:

Yogurt
I have a question regarding yogurts. I like to keep the sugar's in my diet low; so wondering what kind is the best to eat. I presently eat Yoptimal (Yoplait)(2 probiotics) peach & mango-Calories are 120 for 125g serving. Fat is 3g, cholesterol 10mg,sodium 60mg,sugar 16g. Is this decent numbers? Thanks for any suggestions…
