abs's
any advice for getting to see my abs .. I weigh 48-49kg, with a body fat %of 15 according to boots scales .. but still didn't see my abs .. any advice ? am I eating to much fat or starchy carbs .. I weight train 3-4 days a week , lifting heavy . and RPM classes 2-3 times a week , plus a few 10 mins on the octane lateral x…
