what am i doing wrong?
I started My fitness pal on April 26. I have lost one pound in that time. I think in that whole time I have only gone over my calorie allotment one time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought the system was set up so I would lose one pound a week. I lost none in April or May. One pound in June.:sad:

Hey I got a body bugg and have lost three pounds since i got it!! which is better than anything i had tried before any other body buggers out there?

lower intensity and keep going or stop
When I'm working out and I feel weak is it better to lower my intensity and keep going or to stop all together? I've been lowering my intensity and keeping it up for the alloted time period but I'm not working very hard.................???

FOOD ADDICTION
I talked to a personal trainer yesterday and she thinks I have a food addiction. I've never had it put to me so strongly before. I never looked at it as an addiction. Maybe that is what I need to do in order to succeed. Any one else out there who is addicted like me?

FRUSTRATED
I tried a new exercise DVD and I just checked to see if my measurements were any different. NO CHANGE. UGH. I want to do something that works. So far nothing I try seems to make much difference.

HATE THE SCALE
Hey I'm new. I hate the scale. All it does is discourage me and make feel its' not worth how hard I'm working. How do I measure my progress? measurements? And I so do not feel right eating my exercise calories..can someone who does that and has lost weight contact me?
