Weight watchers vs calorie counting
Is there really a difference between WW and just using MFP for calorie counting? I've done MFP before and it works, but my husband and I have thought about doing WW online for something different. But it seems complicated to me. I don't mind a challenge, but I just want to do what works best.

Cardio VS Strength

Im looking for a dvd that is just weights...
Any Suggestions? I already get my cardio in with Spinning and jogging. I am looking for a dvd that I can just use my hand weights or resistance bands to tone, etc. All the ones I have tried are a combination of cardio and strength training.

Heart Rate Monitor Watch
How accurate do you guys think they are? I bought a cheapie one at Wal Mart and wore it today during my hour spinning class. It said I burned 300 Calories. Eating excersize calories
Hi. I am new to this. I have lost 13 pounds so far!!! YAY!! My question is....I have my daily calories at 1350, but when I add in exercise it ups my daily calories.
