Cardio VS Strength

Ok....I need some advice. I know there is a large debate out there about this. But if you need to DROP weight quickly and effectively, like 50 pounds or more, do you have quicker/better luck with cardio, strength training, or both? Right now I run 3 to 4 days a week, and bicycle at least 2 to 3 days a week. I count my calories and eat anywhere from 1200 to 1400 a day. I have Chalean Extreme and have thought about adding that in to what I already do. But would I have better luck to add MORE cardio?

Both. Definitely both. Try to get at least an hour of cardio in each time you go, and if you are not sweating heavily, step it up.0
