Ripped 3x/week opinions
I am doing Ripped in 30 3x a week to supplement my running. Should I do Level 1 for 2 weeks then move up to Level 2, or should I try to move up a level each week even though I'm only doing it 3 times a week? My first NSV
I have worked out 14 of 29 days this month! This is the first time I've ever been this consistent with working out! And that's up from 10 days in the month of February.

New and frustrated
I am just starting here because my efforts on my own have not been at all a productive as I thought they'd be. I started in January at 171-walking/running 3-5 times a week, no sodas, mostly vegetarian eating, whole grain, etc...and all I've lost is 6 pounds!!
