Ripped 3x/week opinions

I am doing Ripped in 30 3x a week to supplement my running. Should I do Level 1 for 2 weeks then move up to Level 2, or should I try to move up a level each week even though I'm only doing it 3 times a week? I don't want to get bored, but I don't want to get burned out and quit either. I'm running (run/walk) 4 times a week and I walk my dog every night for 1.5-2 miles. Saturday I am going to run and do Ripped since I have more time on the weekends, and Sunday is my "rest" day where I only walk my dog (lab puppy cannot be happy without his walk).

    Level 3 is a killer thats what I am on now. Yesterday was my 3rd day doing it, and I have seriously thought about going back to level 2 for a few more days. SO I would say when you can do level 2 well then move on.
