So as I near my goal, I am finding that i have REALLY plateaued. Maybe my body doesnt want to lose 2lb/week anymore. I just adjusted my goal to 1.5 lb/week, which gave me back 210 calories per day. Might as well give it a try. If it does not work after a month, I can try something else. Anyone else try this tactic?
I did it again. Happens every once in a while. I go out for lunch and think I am doing pretty good, maybe just a *little* more than I want to add to my calorie total.
