HRM limitations
I feel that I am not getting a sufficient enough representation of the calories I burn daily through the calorie counter. I was wondering if heart rate monitors are accurate when worn in 24 hour periods? Has anyone tried this and feel as though the calories the HRM reports are adequate?

Diet pills and birth control...
I'm thinking about trying out some weight loss supplements to help me get to my final goal weight, but I'm not sure if they would decrease the effectiveness of my birth control. Does anyone have any experience on this topic? And if so, please let me know what your thoughts are on the subject.
