Stress-related weight loss

So, I've been going through a lot of stress within this past week; most of it contributed to my husband cheating on me. I've lost approximately 7 lbs. within a 2-3 day period and i'm not sure if this is bad or not. I've been having a hard time losing those last few pounds, but seeing as this weight loss happened in such a short time frame, i don't think its fat and therefore is a very unhealthy loss. Should i wait until the weight comes back on to continue with my weight loss? And how should I deal with all of this stress that I have?
