Whats good from Southern California
I used to be way more active with MFP, but took a month hiatus and completely regret this. My name is Sean, I am 28y/o and trying to lose this last 15-20lbs, which is being very difficult for me. I've made a couple posts looking for friends to make this journey with, but to no avail. I am a real friendly person, and I will…

I need to stop slacking with the logging
I used to log everything, then I got lazy as F and stopped for almost a month. Enjoyed one too many festivals (and beers) and put on 6 lbs of nasty flabbyness after losing 30 lbs. I started my weight loss journey about two months ago after buying our EDC Las Vegas tix and have lost 35lbs so far. I stopped using MFP for nearly a month and was still losing weight, but I was losing more when I…

When is a rest day really needed?
My body isn't in pain nor exhausted, and I work out 7 days a week. I alternate daily between running (30mins) and circuit training (20-25mins). I feel great. My energy levels are high and I feel more productive than ever. But, I am also concerned after reading up on "rest days", and how they should be mandatory. I have…
