IIFYM versus MFP
My Fitness Pal has my protein goal set to 119 grams per day; however, when I calculated my macros on IIFYM, it shows my protein goals as 216.8 per day. Obviously, this is a big difference, so which one do I use?

My Fitness Pal has calorie goal at 1,800... I am 6'5", 270
Like the title says, I am a 6'5", 270 pound male, and MFP has my Calorie Goal at under 2,000. There is no way this is healthy or correct, is there? I have my goal as to lose 1.5 pounds per week. Any ideas where to check to ensure that the calorie goal is being updated accordingly? A few days ago it had my goal at 2,500....

Using a FitBit Flex and logging treadmill time
Would I still log treadmill exercise if done while wearing the Flex partnered to my MFP account? I know that the fitbit adjust calories and I don't want to double dip on my allowable calories..
