Plan ahead lunches

What are some good/healthy recipes for plan ahead lunches?
Some examples:
I made a batch of Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuits yesterday and keep them in the fridge for the weeks breakfast and I also made a large batch of blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo and portioned it out for this weeks lunches.

What are some other good, somewhat easy meals to do this with? Chicken Pot Pie? Jambalaya? Share your recipes/techniques!
